General provisions
Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers. The service operator is GoldGreen Sp. z o.o., 12 Młyńska Street, 61-730 Poznań, which is also the Data Administrator.
Purposes of data processing
Personal data collected by the Administrator are data aimed at the appropriate conclusion and implementation of the contract in accordance with the provisions set out in the Regulations as well as settlements and debt collection.
Type of processed personal data
In the case of Advertisers, we process data such as: name, logo, address, description, website address, account details, posted offers, payment data (such as bank account number, tax identification number). The Website also processes, for statistical and technical purposes, Users' data, such as: IP, device type, time of connection with the Website, other operational information regarding the User's activity.
Data recipients
The processed data are transferred to the service providers used by the website. Among them, the following should be mentioned: hosting services, e-mail systems, traffic analysis tools, companies providing accounting services, companies providing legal assistance.
Rights of the data subject
Each data subject has the right to: transparent communication and information on the shared data, access to the shared data, including their inspection and rectification, deletion of data, restriction of data processing, objecting to processing, lodging a complaint to the supervisory authority. The User has the right to information on: the purposes of processing the categories of personal data of recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data has been made available, the planned period of data storage, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The Advertiser may at any time request supplementing, changing or deleting their personal data processed as part of the website, subject to the data the Website will be authorized to process under the applicable law. Administrator rights
We reserve the right to process data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only in the scope of pursuing possible claims before the court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data. The Operator has the right to share the User's personal data and other data with entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
Cookies
